Capillaries
After arteries, the blood goes to capillaries which blood and cells exchange materials. They are only one cell thick, so the materials can pass easily.
One way that materials are exchanged is diffusion. Diffusion is when molecules move from higher area concentration to lower area concentration.
EX. Glucose are much more concentrated on blood than body cell, so glucose go to body cell.
