Lymphatic System
As blood travels capillaries, some fluid leaks out. It goes out of wall of capillaries and to surrounding tissues. Those fluids contain materials that cell need. After they gave the materials cell need, it goes to lymphatic system, which is network of vessels that carries back to blood stream. If fluid enters lymphatic system, it is called lymph. It is made out of water, dissolved materials, and some white blood cells. Lymphatic system don`t have pump, so it moves slowly. After, lymph goes to lymphatic vessels which connects to large veins on chest and lymph get part of plasma again.
They have tissues in lymphatic system that filter lymph (traps disease- causing bacteria. It enlarge when you get sick.
